International European University is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve as an Official Representative of the university. An Official Representative will be responsible for representing the university in various capacities, fostering positive relationships with other companies and organizations, and promoting the university’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of the university, articulating its goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university’s visibility and reputation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to university leadership on external relations activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of higher education policies and practices is an asset.

Payment depends on the professional level and work experience of each applicant.

Applicant will be required to work on average 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
