Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized International Admission Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process for international applicants, providing guidance on educational opportunities, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of the international education market.
• The ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract international students.
• Represent the institution at international education fairs, school visits, and online events.
• Build and maintain relationships with international educational agents, schools, and other partners.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Evaluate international applications, including the assessment of academic credentials, language proficiency, and other admission requirements.

Payment depends on the professional level and work experience of each applicant.

Applicant will be required to work on average 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
