Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree:
- Applicants must hold a recognized undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) from an accredited institution in business, economics, management, or a related field.
- Applicants from other academic backgrounds may be considered, provided they demonstrate relevant professional experience.
- Minimum Academic Performance:
- A minimum GPA is equivalent to a 65% average score.
- Official academic transcripts must be submitted and translated into English (if applicable).
Professional Experience (Recommended but Not Mandatory):
- A minimum of 1–2 years of professional or managerial experience is preferred.
- Applicants without professional experience may still be admitted based on academic excellence and strong motivation for business leadership.
English Language Proficiency:
As the MBA program is conducted entirely in English, applicants must meet one of the following English language proficiency standards:
- IELTS Academic: minimum overall band score of 6.0.
- TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 75.
- Cambridge English (B2 First or higher): minimum score of 170.
- Duolingo English Test: minimum score of 100.
- IEU Internal English Test: available for applicants who do not hold an international English certificate.
- Proof of English-medium education (minimum 3 years of full-time education in English) may also be accepted.

- Bachelor’s Degree Diploma and Academic Transcripts (with English translation, if applicable).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing academic and work experience.
- Motivation Letter outlining the applicant’s career goals, reason for pursuing an MBA, and how the program fits into their aspirations.
- Two Reference Letters (academic or professional, recommended but optional).
- Copy of Passport (valid at least one year beyond the intended start date).
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to study.
Admission Process:
- All applications are reviewed by the IEU Admission Committee.
- An online interview may be required to assess leadership potential, communication skills, and motivation.
- Admission decisions are based on academic qualifications, professional background (if any), English proficiency, and overall fit with the MBA program.
